1) Featured Sponsors - $100/mo.
These ads are prominently displayed 250 x 125 advertisements. These ads are located at the top right side bar and show on 90% of all pages in the website. This is a month by month advertisement and can be canceled at any time.
2) Website Sponsors - $40/mo.
These are 125 x 125 pixel squares located in the right side bar in the middle of the page. The ad shows appears on 90% of all pages in the website. A minimum of 3 months advertising is required.
3) Text Link Ads
These ads consist of the advertisers name and 10 words or less describing the business. The words link to the website of the business and appear in the right side bar below the Website Sponsors. A minimum of 4 months advertising is required.

Invest With Passion! email readership is broken down into three parts; email subscribers, investor database, & the RE Professional database. All emails are real estate investors, real estate professionals, and entrepreneurs. IWP has been generating this list over the last four years and continues to build on it daily.
eMail Subscribers: 350+ (& growing!)
This is the newest list and will be our featured undertaking moving forward. These email subscribers signed up via a subscription form on the website (like the one at the top of the right side panel on this page) and went through a double opt-in process of submitting their email and double clicking a link the email that is sent to them to join our database. This list receives weekly emails updating them on the new content posted on the Invest With Passion website.
Investor Database: 3,500+
Invest With Passion has been building this list for over two years. They people joined our mailing list via live events and event tables IWP! has had over the years. By filling out their name and email on a email sheet passed around, they volunteered to be added to our database.
Currently, this Investor Database consist of Chicagoland real estate investors with varied experiences. Many are newbies and some have a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw upon. IWP events were held in the Chicagoland area over the last two years. We are constantly adding names and emails to this list as well.
This list is emailed a minimum of three times a month and your ad will be included in all of them.
RE Professionals Database: 30,000+
This is by far our largest database of real estate professionals by far. Included in the list are real estate investors, agents, brokers, appraisers, lawyers, home inspectors, and entrepreneurs from in and around the Chicagoland area. This list has been compiled by our resources and are being added to all the time. Our goal is to build this list to over 100,000 emails. It is going to happen.
This list is emailed a minimum of three times a month and your ad will be included in all of them.
