The most beautiful neighborhoods in the American have several things in common. Once we put them out there, you will agree it makes sense and is actually easy recognize. Let’s get to the description.
The essence of a beautiful neighborhood begins with the houses. Beautiful architecture, well manicured lawns, and pride in ownership is a must to get your neighborhoods on this list. If you don’t have it, then it is going to be difficult to crack the list of America’s most beautiful neighborhoods. You will see one of the neighborhoods discussed below is all about the architecture of the homes.
Other attributes of the most beautiful neighborhoods lie in the green spaces. You need parks, open spaces, bike trails, walking paths, and a friendly environment. It doesn’t hurt to have friend neighbors, but that seems to come with the setting created by the amenities of the neighborhood. Beautiful trees lining the streets doesn’t hurt and access to shopping, transportation, and a buzzing entertainment doesn’t hurt.

I guess the build up has been going long enough. There are two particular neighborhoods I want to talk about briefly and hopefully you will join in the discussion by providing your favorite and most beautiful neighborhoods.
The first of the most beautiful neighborhoods is Baltimore’s Charles village. I know this might be a bit of a surprise because of the economic situation of a Baltimore as a whole. However, this just goes to prove that it isn’t all about money when it comes to having a beautiful neighborhood. This is not to assume the Charles village neighborhood is poor by any stretch, but it isn’t among the wealthiest in the world
The second neighborhood to mention when it comes to America’s Most Beautiful Neighborhoods is Oak Park, IL. Being from the Chicago area personally and doing some appraisals in this area, I will have to admit this is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods I have ever seen.
The back bone of this selection is the fact that 23 of the homes were built by Frank Lloyd Wright, one of the worlds greatest architects ever. They are modest, but amazing. The trees, green spaces, location to transportation, shopping, eating, nightlife is amazing. This has to be one of the most beautiful neighborhoods and cities in America. - America’s Most Beautiful Neighborhoods

I agree with you on what makes a beautiful neighbourhood. We live in an area that has tree lined streets, lots of parks, and a very community atmosphere. We love it and wouldn’t want to live in any other part of the city.
