Real Estate Investing Goes Green

As much as people disagree about everything, there isn’t much debate that our society has to go green! Everyday, real estate investors are recognizing this opportunity and shift in the market.

This is an insightful video that shows you various projects inside a building that is based on the green revolution in this country and around the world. This project speaks about the use of cotton installation, living roof, and how $60,000/yr is being saved by Adobe Systems in their headquarters built in 2001. This saving was acquired by $100 dollar program modification.
