    Very good explanation of this concept. One thing I'm wondering, with their name still on the mortgage and you making payments, is there any possibility of their backing out of the deal?

    Pierre,

    Good question. Let me be honest and say, allow me to get a referral to answer the question correctly for you. However, it is my understanding that I suppose the owner backing out, but like any other investment deal it is best to have a contract with the owner prevent or protecting yourself from such an occurrence.

    Again, allow us to locate an expert to give you the true answer to your question.
