No one wants to live like a prisoner inside of their own money. They wan to be able to move about and live in the comfort they have become accustom to in their life. 2) Great Amenities
No need in acting like you don’t want to do activities and fun stuff in your retirement. No one is interested in moving to an old folks home and not have the ability to get out and see the world, bowl, or even do some dancing or fishing. We love options. And if we are going to retire to a location then it is imparative they have the types of activities and access that you would desire in this golden state of your life, retirement.
3) Great Weather
Let’s not kid ourselves here. Not many people are going to retire to cold weather. I know I am not. I grew of in the shadows of Detroit Michigan and have been living in the State of Illinois for most of my adult life. I figure that I may retire here, but I have no interest in living in this place or any other where the sun doesn’t shine bring for the majority of the year.
