Invest With Passion was founded in 2006 on a mission to provide practical and useful real estate investing information for active and potential investors.
The endeavor started out as a physical magazine and morphed into an online version. For the first 2 1/2 years the physical magazine was distributed in the Chicago marketplace. This provided Invest With Passion an opportunity to learn the publishing business from front to back and gain key core competencies to run the business, such as: content management, editorial management, layout and design, distribution, marketing and more.
Mid 2008, advertising support decreased, it made fiscal sense to move the magazine 100% online. This proved to be an excellent opportunity because it allowed Invest With Passion to culminate core competencies in the Internet marketing field, such as: search engine optimization, marketing, social media marketing, website design, content management, and more. Things have progressed very well and Invest With Passion has developed a professional, marketable web presence as a result.

Invest With Passion seeks to develop a long term relationship with sponsors as they will be the backbone of our effort to establish real, practical and useful real estate investing magazine for the metro Chicago market.
All sponsorship packages are for the year. The amount of financial support is for the year and inclusion in all 6 magazines printed in full color. All ads are full color as well. The benefits of the each package are listed below. (Note: The number to the left of the package represents how many of that sponsorship level are available. They are first come, first serve as far as placement in the magazine.)
