In writing this post, you forgot to mention that EVERY tax protester that used the information in this article, and/or the "section 861" defense, is now serving jail time. Whether legal or not, Federal Income tax is mandatory, and if you fail to file, you are only hurting yourself. Many have fought the IRS, using the above arguments and others... none have won.
