Video: Actual Wholesaling Deal w/ Closing Shown

This video series is rather quick.  The first video is 8:27 and the second video is 7:09.

Here is a very interesting video series about wholesaling property.  The buyer walks you through his transaction of picking up the property from an estate sale, shows the interior of the property, then invites you to the closing as he sells his deal to a rehabber for an all cash deal.

The interesting thing is that in the second video, the buyer takes you to the actual closing of the deal.  We have never seen this in a video format, so we thought it was rather unique.  The deal was all cash, so the closing was super quick due to the fact that you don’t have all of the typical loan documentation that needs to be completed.

Take a moment and learn about the business of wholesaling properties.

For the investor who ends up buying from the wholesaler, it’s a Buy low – Fix- Sell High opportunity or Buy Low-Fix-Refinance/Rent opportunity. Both the wholesaler and the end investor profit in this win-win situation. Sometimes this end investor may wholesale this property further to a fellow investor. [...]
