This is an hilarious skit with the comedian, Will Ferrel. The landlord is the real star of the skit, but you will just have to watch it to see that one. The skit is about a tenant, Will Ferrel, behind on his rent and the landlord coming over to ask….demand the payment.

Here is a little warning. There is some offensive language and definitely some bad parenting involved in this, but it is not overwhelming.
